This policy explains how the mini-game Dunk Orbit ("the game", "we", "us") handles information when you play it, including through partner apps on the OpenPaaS / SUD platform.
Dunk Orbit does not require an account or sign-in. The game does not ask for your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, camera, microphone or precise location, and has no chat or user-generated content. We do not collect, receive or sell personal information through the game.
To remember your progress and preferences (for example best score, unlocked items, and music/sound/vibration settings), the game may use local storage on your device or in the app you play in, where that app provides it. This data stays on your device and is not sent to us. You can remove it by clearing the app's or browser's data or by uninstalling the host app.
The game may show ads, such as optional rewarded videos or banners, delivered through the OpenPaaS / SUD platform advertising SDK. The platform and its advertising partners may process device and advertising identifiers and related technical data (such as device model, operating system and IP address) to deliver and measure ads, under their own privacy policies. We do not receive this data. You can limit ad tracking in your device settings. In-game rewards have no cash value.
The game runs inside partner applications on the OpenPaaS platform. Those apps and the platform may process technical data under their own privacy policies; please review the policy of the app you play in.
Dunk Orbit is a general-audience casual game (content recommended for ages 8+) and is not directed specifically at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this policy when the game's data practices change; the effective date above will be revised.
